Having adopted innovative technology, high quality and customer satisfaction as its principles along with its extrusion presses, gasket extruders moulding house, mould design section, anodic oxidation coating facility, and electrostatic powder coating unit, our company aims at placing itself among leading actors in the industry and sales of Aluminium extrusion and TPV gasket.

Knowing that that the success under quickly changing and ever-challenging global commercial competition conditions is contingent upon continuously developed product and service quality, and that the continuity of success is contingent upon satisfaction of customers and end consumers, our company conducts its operations as a fully integrated company in its headquarters located at Beymersan Industrial Area in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul and a production facility in in Bakırcılar industrial area, consisting of three buildings with a total indoor area of 8000 square meters and outdoor area of 3000 square meters.

    

We have a capacity of 15,000 tons per year to ensure prompt satisfaction of customer demands with our full-automatic 1250-ton extrusion press along with full-automatic 1000 and 2200-ton presses which are ready to contribute to the production whenever necessary.

The TPV gasket factory with 5 high-speed extruders and production capacity of 95.000.000 meters is ready to provide service to its customers, of whom it deems itself as a solution partner.

Altinel Aluminium PVC Industry and Trade, Inc. performs extrusion mould manufacturing through state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, manual lathes and wire erosion machines by keeping the profile production processes under complete control from A to Z.

EXTRUSION

Our company conducts its operations as a fully integrated company in its headquarters located at Beymersan Industrial Area in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul and a production facility in in Bakırcılar industrial area, consisting of three buildings with a total indoor area of 8000 square meters and outdoor area of 3000 square meters.

We have a capacity of 15,000 tons per year to ensure prompt satisfaction of customer demands with our full-automatic 1250-ton extrusion press along with full-automatic 1000 and 2200-ton presses which are ready to contribute to the production whenever necessary.

We can produce extrusion profiles at required sizes with mechanical features and resistance by using the required raw materials.

TPV GASKETS

The TPV gasket factory with 5 high-speed extruders and production capacity of 95.000.000 meters is ready to provide service to its customers, of whom it deems itself as a solution partner.

This is a product which can provide solutions according to technical design and area of use, and the design of which varies depending on the area of use. Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (TPV) is a positive product which combines easy-to-use, coloration and weldability features with the wide range of use in construction, PVC profile, Aluminium applications, Automotive as well as White goods industry.

ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING

Our facility, which performs coating at required international standards with required colours with tunnel furnace system, is a fully integrated facility with fully-equipped laboratory that ensures traceability by means of feedbacks through all quality control tests.

We can use paints of all companies having Qualicoat certificate. Coating can be performed with all paints such as bright, dull, semi-dull, forged, and varnished.

ANODIC OXIDATION

The surface treatment facility preferred for colour surface use and oxidation resistance of produced profiles can perform coating at any thickness in microns and at any colour thanks to its automatic control system.

MOULDING HOUSE

Altinel Aluminium PVC Industry and Trade, Inc. performs extrusion mould manufacturing through state-of-the-art CNC milling machines, manual lathes and wire erosion machines by keeping the profile production processes under complete control from A to Z. Our moulding house has advanced technological infrastructure for computer aided mould design and production.

POLISHING AND GLAZING MECHANICAL TREATMENT

The section where all works are done, including but not limited to drilling, encasing, mechanical treatment, and cutting at different sizes for providing alternative surfaces and satisfying customers.
